and consulting company located in Clermont,
Florida just outside of Orlando We provide local
infrared inspection surveys of homes and
buildings, electrical and mechanical
inspections, roofing system surveys, Commercial
, Residential Inspections infrared marine
inspections, and mold detection surveys. True
Spec Inc. uses new Innovative technology with
the IR Fusion T320 infrared camera and reporting software for all
inspection surveys and consulting.
True Spec Inc. owned and operated by John Loiacono, an ITC certified infrared
thermographer. John Loiacono's background includes a 20 year experience
in mechanical and construction. His certification as an Infrared
Thermographer, and additional infrared training in Roof Moisture Survey
Applications and Thermo graphic Electrical courses are through the
Infrared Training Center (ITC). John is also a member of the NACHI
(National Association of Home Inspectors) Certified by IFREC (Institute
of Florida Real Estate Careers Inc. He also attends the annual
InfraMation Conference to follow current trends and practices in the
infrared industry.
